Lovewell Blake have been a FreeClix client since 2001, during this time FreeClix have evolved with us and embraced our business needs and have always gone the extra mile to assist. During the 7 years we have obviously needed to upgrade our links to ensure our systems are running at optimum capacity, FreeClix have always been there to help us and always put forward a very well thought out and planned proposal to meet our needs.
Last year we installed a second dedicated link to the FreeClix bank vaults in Norwich and installed failover/backup servers, this ensures that we have real-time replica’s of our core servers to ensure maximum availability in the event of a disaster. Again FreeClix assisted from the conceptual idea through to the completion of the project and were always on hand to offer advice and assistance if required.
I can highly recommend FreeClix as not just an ISP but also as a DR provider and I am looking forward to many more years of excellent service.
