We provide support for business customers
to help repair, maintain, upgrade and advise on all IT issues.
Even if you are a new customer to FreeClix and
need a problem fixing we can arrange an engineer to see you within
4 hours (Norfolk & north Suffolk Area).
A cost effective way for a business to
keep on top of their IT is to have a maintenance contract with us.
Once we have agreed how many hours you will require we discount our
standard call out fees into a single monthly package. You do not pay
for having a contract – only for our engineer’s time.
If for any reason you do not require an engineer
during the contract period we can perform PC health checks or assist,
advise or install on any new technologies or equipment you may require.
We would also support any equipment that has not been supplied by
freeclix during this agreement.
Cover options include:
- Guaranteed response times Monday to Friday. 9.00am to 5.00pm.
- Free telephone technical support on an 0870 number.
- Full audit of hardware – Enabling engineer to diagnose
errors faster.
- Regular systems health check.
- Discounted prices on parts.
- 24 hour support contact.
- All peripherals covered i.e. Printers, Scanners and Modems etc.
- Support on all products not purchased from freeclix during the
contract.
- Advise, help and installation/set-up of any new equipment.
NB: Not all other maintenance contracts cover
these items and you are often paying for the contract as well as
engineer time.
Acting as or with your IT department we will
work along side existing suppliers. |
