ADSL is perfect for customers who need broadband connectivity for browsing the web and downloading email quickly. ADSL Stands for symmetric Digital Subscriber Line. The main characteristic is that its "asymmetrical", data moves quickly from the internet to you, but not as quickly from you to the internet. For most users this is the usual usage pattern and therefore ADSL is great for the average customer.
FreeClix offer a range of ADSL Routers and firewalls to suit all clients requirements. Talk
to one of our advisors to make sure you get the right router for
the job when ordering your service.
All ADSL services come with a standard care package included. Your standard care package guarentees all faults are cleared within 40 clock hours. For an additional £10 per month we can provide an upgrade to enhance care, meaning your fault will be responded to (from BT) within 3 hours, and resolved within 20 hours.
